What do I need?
To reset a RMC account, you will need:
- An existing RMC account registered at RMC Password Self-Service - Account Registration
- Your RMC username and password

Password Policy:
- It is imperative that you keep your RMC password private
- Minimum 10 characters
- Contain at least 3 of the following 4:
- 1 number
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 non-alphanumeric character - acceptable are ! @ $ % ^ & _ { } | : ` - = [ ] . ?
- Previous 24 passwords cannot be reused
- Password aging policy is:
- minimum one day (i.e. you cannot reset your password within 24 hours of changing it) and
- maximum 365 days (i.e. you will be required to change your password every 365 days)
